    TRACKING INFORMATION

    You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of a customer to bear/pay any expenses related to shipping in order to return their items.

    Damages and issues
